It relies on a manual process that takes multiple pieces of rubber panels and fuses them together around the boot's lining. This eliminates all the seams and potential failure points, so the boot can withstand more rigorous demands for years on end. The streamlined build process also makes the boots up to 30% lighter than their vulcanized counterparts.
